About Green Media Initiatives

Green Media Initiatives (GMI) is a non political, non sectarian and nonprofit registered organization; it is registered under the voluntary social welfare agencies ordinance 1961. Green Media Initiatives (GMI) is working voluntary for journalists’ capacity building and strengthening all kinds of media for better coverage of environmental issues. Green Media Initiatives organization uses peaceful protests and creative communication to expose environmental problems and to promote solutions that are essential to a green and peaceful future. We also seek solutions to environmental dilemmas and promote open, informed debate about society’s environmental choices.
